Internal Newsletter Design & Team Visibility Initiative

ViewFinder was a company-wide internal newsletter created as part of a larger visibility initiative to highlight our team’s work and impact across the organization. The goal was not only to share accomplishments and performance, but also to build cross-company culture through storytelling and interactive elements like polls and employee-facing features. I led the visual design and layout in Figma, sourced imagery from our internal content library, created the main logo in Adobe Illustrator and designed the data visualizations used throughout the newsletter. I also organized our team’s metrics for publication and partnered with team members and company leaders to confirm accuracy before distribution. Overall, this project reflects my strength in turning complex information into clear, engaging communication while collaborating closely with others to deliver something polished and widely shared.
